Hello! My name is Max, I'm from Russia Moscow. I'm 29 years old, have been working in the film industry for seven years, I'm a member of the dolly team, I work with panther, magnum, chapman and magnum dolly's. Still have experience with the crane, and a few works of the light team. please tell me, I have a small portfolio (in Russia it is not accepted to take pictures or use the phone on the set) and some recommendations from the operators I work with, can I find a job and what salary? Or is my experience from Russia not relevant? Maybe I need to learn again? Where do I begin? To whom to address? I just started to study this question, and I still have very little information.
