I watched it yesterday. As a longtime obsesser of dragons for over 15 years now, I knew I had to see this, and it turned out to be the best dragon movie that I have ever seen. The whole story was beautiful and simply breathtaking. I highly recommend it for dragon lovers. 10/10

That would mean I am encased and smothered by the world, being hidden away from everything. Very small and depressing world. They saying is, "The world is your oyster." It stops there. Meaning all the joys of the world are yours to enjoy. Oysters are considered both and aphrodisiac and a delicacy. By adding the, "and your the pearl," bit, you destroy the meaning of the aphorism. Further people, stop trying so hard. Depressed people don't want bubbly, over the enthusiasm, with Peter Pan advice and a Cinderella outlook. The real world isn't a fairy tail (or tale, for that matter, Thought I'd leave my typo in there, because it's funny.) and people like that just pisses the rest off. Further, if you knew the movie that was used, you world realize that your words are meaningless in this context. The movie is a happy ending kind of movie. It IS a fairy tale. The song itself is a plea to a lover, to basically smarten up and get with the program, if you want more modern vernacular. It's how a person who is in love, is in a relationship, but is now taken for granted and neglected, feels. No one wants to be a pearl! Something that gets locked away and occasionally put on display. Ask any divorced trophy wife.

When I see and hear this music video, or just hear Mercy Mirror of the album on CD, I think of the movie. When I see I Am Dragon, I think of this music by Within Temptation. This movie, beside this song, is both one of my biggest favorites of both movies and music. Awesome movie and awesome music. Mother Earth was my very first album of Within Temptation, years before I Am Dragon. And now I can't wait for the sequels. And it will be a trilogy, if the latest rumors is true?🤩

Почитайте книгу, Дьяченко "Ритуал", по ней снято. Книга по сравнению с кино бомба, мотивы, логика - там есть все. А сняли розовые сопли для пубертатных девочек. Единственное, что удалось - подбор главного актера.

For anyone wondering, this is from the movie "I AM DRAGON". The plot is basically (spoiler alert!) a tale based on classic fairy tales of the dragon stealing girls and the knight trying to rescue them, only in this movie there is a subversion of the old boring plot - lmao instead of the knight, it is the DRAGON that finally gets the girl. :D It is a very cute movie, though angsty at times, guys.

SuperMario0972 I bought both 2d Italian bluray (25fps 😏) and the 2d-3d German version(one disc), 3d is alternating good strong depth and popups to almost flat scenes, who knows why that choice, I like 3d but this movie like for all deep human contents doesn't need it and I wouldn't recommend 3d for the very first vision, from the second time maybe just because it deserves everything despite the conversion. However for its strong color and gamut scenes it should be released in true uhd hdr. I read it was filmed with a RED camera.

I liked this Russian film. It was a Slavic Persephone & Hades kind of tale. I would include a lot more Slavic pagan symbolism & mythology in this film, but at least the Dragons are part of Slavic mythology. It’s OK they just started making these types of films in Russia. Hopefully they’re going to make more films related to pagan Slavic mythology
