Just comes to show some stats matter. Winning four games in a row is very hard and there's a reason it does not happen in a final. Both have fought three rounds and each round gets tougher. Wasn't like that in the 40's when it happened last time. I ain't lying I really did rely on that stat. Even after game six I was quite sure Florida would win

The Panthers could’ve easily won this in 4, but Bettman made sure to “alter” games 4,5 and 6 for maximum league profits. After all, it’s a business and run as such. But it was so blatantly obvious. But at least the league did the right thing and let Florida take care of business in game 7! Congrats Cats!
