Panthor doesn't work for me. Mali G610: one year driver development VS a bunch of hacks

I empathise with you. Have you tried with a build using the newer kernels?

yes i build my own image with armbian using mainline 6.8.7 edge kernel,enabled panthor on it and i got the same result, plus added problems because there are still some patches missing in mainline about the VOP driver and HDMI audio, the 6.1 kernel works fine it is just panthor is not that good, for gaming at least.

@@shivanSpS It certainly does push back hopes for the RK3588 even further. It may well go the same route of the lemon that was the RK3399.

RK3588 GPU performance is good only on Android. Without vulkan it's sh***. Btw you have shared source of your build?

Did your try panvk with panthor for now?, but dxvk wine.

Ill need to try again, i wanted to wait a bit until panvk is more developed to try it with zink, and to test panfrost again to see if it got updates.
