Nothing says you can't stick to what you feel most confident (arrangements), while you learn other parts of the trade like producing/composing a song. You ARE incredible talented. On the note of reaching out to SM for your production, as mentioned in another comment, you can consider arrangements for films and other visuals. Changing tempo, instruments, and especially genre etc. Go all out. A lot of companies are looking for that as well. Think of all the arrangements for the Bridgerton series as an example.
