Week 4 of a six week pantry challenge. It's nice to get through items before they expire and make more creative meals. Also, since we live in Michigan, it's also nice to not have to go to the store as much in January & February when weather is usually the coldest for us. I will still buy the basics when needed (mostly produce and dairy), but no stocking up on items like usual. Also, during this challenge, we may occasionally go out for dinner or have people over for food and I won't be including those purchases in the challenge.
I hope there are some inspirations/ideas in this video for you! I don't follow many recipes and I cook to our tastes, but any reference recipes I could find are linked below. While many recipes are all or mostly vegetarian/pescatarian, we are not strict with it and some ingredients are clearly not vegetarian or include ingredients I'm not sure about or 'natural flavoring'. I did clean up the subtitles, if you like to use those. Thanks for watching!*

*The content of this video is for entertainment purposes only. I am sharing my personal experience and opinions. This is not professional advice. I am not a health professional, so some of these meals may be terribly unhealthy for you. Please be safe and follow manufacturer’s instructions, professional recipes, safe food prep and storage practices, and do your own research (what I do may not be the correct thing to do!). Also, sometimes the prices, ingredients, best by dates, 'product of' locations, and other details are shared, but those won’t be the same at all locations, change over time, or be inaccurate (and I may say the wrong thing). Please check your labels as they may be different. We are not strict vegetarian/pescatarians. Sometimes products we use have animal based ingredients or unknown ingredients, so please make sure to carefully check labels and independently research items if important to you :-)
