Hope they will have a good sale on turkey pieces. Do not have any space for a whole turkey. So the cheaper price per pound I will by some even if I don't care for Turkey or chicken.

Wouldn't it be easier to keep an inventory list on the lid of the freezer and add/subtract as food goes in/out?

That's my freezers I got produce scattered in all my freezers I have 4 of them.( Chest) and 1 upright full of meat.

I learned, Mason Jar don't break once frozen.

Just be mindful of the head space, things will expand once frozen.
