I have a great idea for organizing next! Pots and pans, small appliances, plates, bowls, cups etc. I'm always in such a hurry when I cook and clean up! I end up needing a pot that's at the bottom of the pile. Crash! A video to show not only how to store these things, but the best place to store them. That would be awesome!

Ever since I organized my pantry last year, it has stayed! I swear, using cute little baskets and tags really helps! It looks so good and love the jars of candy, I would be tempted all day every day with that 😝

Looks so good Tara! I’m sorry to see the comments on the SNACK food. I’m pretty sure she doesn’t feed her kids snack food for breakfast lunch and dinner lol. I have some of the same type of snacks for my kids. The Annie’s mac n cheese and graham crackers are not that bad. Just because you don’t see it in the pantry video doesn’t mean there isn’t other healthy food choices in her house! People should be more supportive verses assuming. Like maybe give a few healthy affordable snack foods we can try instead of just saying some one is a bad parent for having regular kid snacks. If you actually watch her videos, the kiddos eat a lot of fresh food. It’s easy to just criticize some one on the internet you don’t know. But if you take a second and come from a positive supportive place (like offering alternatives in a nice way vs just criticism) maybe people might actually listen to what you’re saying. I think she doing a great job! ❤️

I agree! A pantry is literally for mostly storing snacks...right?! Fresh food is in the fridge and gets cooked right away. I did see she had healthy and organic options in her pantry so idk what the fuss is about!

Mandy Lopez Torres kids eat what you provide them . If you give them junk food all the time they are going to want more of that . I learned the hard way to not give my kids junk as much as possiable . My son was very picky after I started to give him snacks and he only eats kids food . I waited with my daughter and she eats whatever me and my husband eats and she likes snacks but would rather each an actually meal. My son finally just a rotisserie chicken for lunch today and I was so surprised . My daughter has been eating roast beef dinners since she was six months old . They finally are eating the same things we eat for dinner and lunch . Which is not eat for a two year old . But it’s what you give them

Tara, when you clean shelves, start from the top down. If you start on the bottom, as you go up you are just spreading dust and dirt again on the bottom shelves. Handy tip!

Love this. My main pantry is in my basement and you are giving me ideas! My shelves are the white wire type ones. I wish mine were solid shelves like yours! If you happen to need more of the clear containers for your pantry they have them for 5.00 at Ross and sometimes TjMaxx. I like the container store but some things are just over priced. Turned out really well!! Enjoyed it!

Your pantry looks great! Marie Kondo would hate my pantry - it's organized but definitely not to this level! I have too much stuff for cooking and baking! Also, invest in a garage fridge (if you haven't already) for all of your drinks! We have one and would never go back to life without one.

I’d like to know how the ziplocs end up working out in that basket. Seems like it could be a mess, but I’d love to know how it works out for you. Also, a tip I’ve always been given, always get storage options that will fit an entire new package of what it is you’re putting in the basket/container. Like with your noodles, since you will be buying a new box soon, you should get a storage option that will fit an entire package of them. Thought it may help you out if I shared that. Also, have you checked out the can/spice 3 tiered shelf that expands? It would utilize your full shelf and allow you to have more room to organize other things on the same shelf. I can link one if you’re not sure you’ve seen them before. I use them for my canned goods also, my spices. It allows me to see everything at a glance and frees up a ton of space.
