Paola Ogechi Egonu (born 18 December 1998) is an Italian female volleyball player of Nigerian heritage.[1] She plays for Imoco Volley and is part of the Italy women's national volleyball team. She participated at the 2018 Montreux Volley Masters,[2] 2018 FIVB Volleyball World Championship,[3] and 2018 FIVB Volleyball Women's Nations League.[4]
On club level she played for Club Italia in 2015.[5] She was selected to play the Italian League All-Star game in 2017.[6]. In 2017 she moved to AGIL Novara.
Tijana Bošković (Serbian Cyrillic: Тијана Бошковић; born 8 March 1997) is a Serbian volleyball player for the Serbia women's national volleyball team.[1] She was the leading scorer for the Serbia women's national volleyball team in her debut in the 2014 FIVB Volleyball Women's World Championship,[2] and 2017 Women's European Volleyball Championship.[3] Her current club is Eczacıbaşı VitrA

I think they are both great players. However, in volleyball staying strong mentally is extremely important, and Boskovic is far stronger than Egonu. Egonu seems to be a very emotional player, and that can play against her. An example of this, the final of the 2018 championship, Egonu was up and down emotionally and we could notice her performance was rollercoaster. Boskovic appears more steady emotionally.

@@alvaroromero8634 hmm I will explain why I think like this. Paola have better setter in her Italian club than Tijana in her Turkey club. That's true. But nattional team is something bigger. Malinov is great setter but Maja is Maja. Serbia and Italia played final 2018 and semi-final 2019. Tijana was MVP both times. Paola was amazing but she had many mistakes (semi-final 2019). If we gonna talk about Maja and Malinov- Malinov is amazing too but she is the most condifence when it comes about Paola and she set best balls to her. But we could see that she have problems with middle blockers. Maja is someone who have rare mistakes in setting, every single player in Serbian team got good ball, and something important she always finds some way to make her own point or to set good ball to someone in hard position.

Im a big fan Of tijana but i gotta say.. egonu was way better this year, i dont know if its fair coz playing with wolloz must be way different from playing with lloyd and thats easy to see bcz its noticible the hard time boskovic Was having and the easy time egonu was having, The fact is, both are great but when playing with those setters above said egonu is better however when boskovic plays with maja everything changes making her the Best one
