I’ve been trying to get a diagnosis for 7 years i have severe POTs, severe dizziness, severe vision issues, severe sweating and heart/BP regulation issues and small fiber neuropathy but no one can definitively tells me what’s wrong I am 56 and have become basically bedridden it’s a complete nightmare
