Administrative work, getting a haircut/styling. Drink before customers arrive, non stop entertaining them throughout the night with god knows how many drinks. And having to do that daily. Blimey! (oh and she is still teaching too, start of the video mentions eating leftovers from her cooking class) Is she overworked? Yes, unless you think that her workload is not. Is she single? Yuka has definitely earned her restaurant and it shows in her work ethic and it shows how proud she is I cannot help but sincerely appreciate what she does daily. Paolo, this segment was on top my friend. I hope you do a future episode for an update on Yuka in the future.

Wow! What a woman! It’s true how either you’re married to a person or your job. In her case, her business. Mid 30 and still going strong.

Love your explanations of cultural differences (such as the gifts over tipping) in each one of your videos. It's always a nice detail of info for the viewer. Thank you for each one of these videos!
