Cusco Speculum should be inserted in oblique position, then rotate Speculum in such a manner that its handle should b at upper side.

HPV testing is done. If it comes positive, then a biopsy is taken. If HPV is negative then patient is asked to come again after 6 months to repeat the test

We do colposcopy and take sample from abnormal site 1. If it CIN-I repeat after year 2. CIN II or III manage it with either LEEP or conization
