आज मै आपको पपीते की सब्जी चने की दाल के साथ कैसे बनाई जाती है इसकी विधि बता रही हूँ इस विधि से आप पपीते की सब्जी को बनाएंगे तो बार बार इससे ही बनाकर खाएंगे |

Papita (पपीता) - (1 kg)
Onion (प्याज) - (2 piece)
Tomato (टमाटर) - (2 piece)
Ginger (अदरक) - (1 inch)
Garlic Cloves (लहसून) - (10 to 12 piece)
Chana Dal (चना दाल) - (1 and 1/2 cup)
Mustard Oil (सरसो तेल) - (2 tbsp)
Bay Leaves (तेज पत्ता) - (2 piece)
Cumin Seeds (जीरा) - (1 tsp)
Cumin Powder (जीरा पाउडर) - (1 tsp)
Coriander Powder (धनिया पाउडर) - (2 tsp)
Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर) - (2 tsp)
Salt to Taste (नमक स्वाद अनुसार)
Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - (1 tsp)
Black Pepper Powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर) - (1/2 tsp)
Hing (हींग) - (1 pinch)
Garam Masala Powder (गरम मसाला पाउडर) - (1/2 tsp)
Coriander Leaves (धनिया पत्ता) - (2 tbsp)

Anjana Kitchen, the recipe prepared is fantastic and will prepare the way you have made it. I know it will taste exceptionally good. Only one comment that all this should be cooked in steel or cast iron or similar utensil. I am informed that aluminium is not good . Please look into it. REST THIS LOOKS GOOD
