INGREDIENTS :
---- LAUKI CHANADAL KI SABZI ----
BOTTLE GOURD - 300 GM
CHANA DAL - ¾ CUP (SOAKED 2 HOURS)
SALT - ½ + ½ TSP
TURMERIC POWDER - ¼ + ¼ TSP
BAY LEAF - 1 LEAF
TOMATO (MEDIUM) - 1, ROUGHLY CHOPPED
DESI GHEE - 2 TABLE SPOON
HING (ASAFOETIDA) - ¼ TSP
BLACK CARDAMOM - 1 No.
CINNAMON - 1 INCH
BLACK PEPPER - 8 TO 10 Nos.
CLOVE - 3 Nos.
GREEN CHILLI - 2, FINELY CHOPPED
CUMIN SEEDS - ½ TSP
GINGER - ½ INCH
ONION (SMALL) - 2, FINELY CHOPPED
TOMATO (MEDIUM) - 1, FINELY CHOPPED
CORIANDER SEEDS POWDER - 1 TSP
RED CHILLI POWDER - 1 TSP
KASURI METHI - 1 TABLE SPOON
TAMARIND - 1 TABLE SPOON (SOAKED)
GARAM MASALA - ½ TSP
CORIANDER LEAVES
---- BAJRI-ATTA KI ROTI ----
WHEAT FLOUR - 1 CUP
BAJRA (PEARL MILLET) - ½ CUP
SALT - 2 PINCH
