Iss video mein hum jaanengey Upma banaane ki detailed step-by-step recipe. Agar aapki upma perfect nahi ban paati - geeli reh jaati hai ya jyada sookhi ban jaati hai toh is video mein bataye hue measurements aur proportions se agar aap upma banaengey toh bilkul perfect upma bankar taiyaar hogi.
Iss video mein humne harr step ka best time aur heat (aanch) bataengey jisse ki agar aap Upma first time bana rahe hain toh bhi aapki upma bilkul perfect bankar taiyaar ho :)
INGREDIENTS FOR THIS RECIPE :
(HINDI)
देशी घी - १ + १ छोटा चम्मच + १ चम्मच​
सूजी (रवा) - १ कप (२०० ग्राम​)
​मूंगफ़ली - ३ चम्मच​
राई - १ छोटा चम्मच​
उडद दाल - १ छोटा चम्मच​
चना दाल - १ छोटा चम्मच​
हरी मिर्च - १, कटी हुई
अदरक - १/२ इन्च​
कढी पत्ता - ८ से १० पत्ते
प्याज (मध्यम आकार​) - १, कटा हुआ
मटर - १/४ कप​
गाजर (कटी हुई) - २ चम्मच​
नमक - १.५ छोटा चम्मच​
नीम्बू का रस - १ छोटा चम्मच
धनिया के पत्ते - २ चम्मच​​

Desi Ghee - 1 + 1 tsp + 1 table spoon
Semolina - 1 cup (200 gm)
Peanut - 3 table spoon
Black Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Split Black gram - 1 tsp
Split Chickpea - 1 tsp
Green Chilli - 1, chopped
Ginger - ½ inch
Curry leaf - 8 to 10 leaves
Onion (medium size) - 1, chopped
Green peas - ¼ cup
Carrot (chopped) - 2 table spoon
Salt - 1.5 tsp
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves - 2 table spoon
