How are your American Bresse chickens doing? Have you processed them yet or are you keeping them for eggs?

They are going through molt at this time but I have 10 hens and 3 roosters I keep for eggs and to hatch chicks for meat in the spring. I only hatch in spring and put enough birds in the freezer for the year.
