I think u can make this dough with less oil One cup maida One cup sooji Lit bit baking soda Add salt Rest for 5 min minutes Now fry it with rice bran oil 😇❤ Hope this recipe will work ❤

@@simranmishra8639 if you make dough with baking soda and cook it in hot oil with low flame then it will convert in pani puri....and if you fry it in high flame then it's a papdi...as simple as that
