In that part pretty much immediately after you see your first Zombine I looked out into the dark room beyond and could make out one or two zombies with the little visibility the flashlight provided. The moment I stepped into that room I heard a howling noise I've NEVER heard in game before (I've played through episode 1 once before) and suddenly a good dozen zombine come charging outta the darkness. Instant panic attack. Hilarity ensues.
