Paper Kirby Episode 1: Grassy Garden

The first episode of my Kirby stop-motion series! Also quick side note, the text at the beginning is supposed to look like the text in books in paper mario the orgami king, by just having black lines to simulate text and words, so its not redacted.

If Nintendo made a proper Kirby RPG akin to Paper Mario, what id love to see is a claymation version. Kirby and the Rainbow Curse type of thing. Like leave Paper as Mario’s alt. A claymation RPG i think would go so well for Kirby

You have put a lot of effort into this video! The detail to the background as an example is very good, and i couldn't make something so well made ever. The designs of the characters are very cute and look also very nice! The use of sounds in a battle are also a good addition. One thing I would maybe wish (if it is possible) would be the use of something like the sound of an textbook message like in the paper Mario games if someone is talking, I think this could be an awesome addition. Keep up your great work! 👑

This is what KZbin was made for, you can see the passion and time spent in creating this video, looking forward to the second chapter of this work of art. As a recommendation, a small life bar or menu for the main character would be appreciated, I would also like the participation of other characters and games from the franchise (Susie Haltmann, Magolor, Meta Knight, Adeleine, Galactic Nova, Marx, Zero, Ribbon, Taranza, etc.) I think they would be a nice addition, thank you.

I really love how this looks. In a way, it gives me The Legend Of Bumbo vibes. I will say, it would've help if there was a health/stat system since its hard to tell what enemy is tough and it stops making Kirby and Bandanna Waddle Dee look invincible and have no consequence for fighting, though it's fine if you don't, just some humble feedback from a Kirby fan. Look foward to Kirby's next adventure!

I caught onto the fact that you were showing off all the possible animations pretty quick, so try not to worry about it too much, but healing item between battles is a good idea to increase longevity of fights to show off all those animations

This is the cutest thing ever! I really admire all the hard work you put into it! If there's one thing I would suggest, I found myself wanting to know how luch HP Kirby (and later BWD) had left, but not beinh able to know because there's no UI. Maybe you could add menu and HP tabs to battles in post production? I'm not sure how difficult that would be, though. Again, all the work you've done as is is impressive enough! I just feel like it would go a long way in emphasizing the RPG vibe. Either way, I wish you the best!
