Paper Mâché Mini Top Hat Tutorial

In this 30 minute class, you’ll make your very own paper mâché mini top hat with basic craft supplies you likely have around the house already. Finish with a variety of options, and decorate with your favorite trinkets, for a magical singular look that is sure to charm. You will learn techniques of pattern making, the elements and shapes of top hats, hot glue skills and the tactile joy of paper mâché! Finished with tips and tricks for decorating to your personal taste.
Supplies:
-Hot glue gun
-Hot glue
-Gift tissue
-Scissors
-School glue
-Small bristle brush
-Paper grocery bag (the thicker the better)
-Hair dryer (optional)
-Small mixing container
-6" circle (a plate or lid will work)
