the koopalings are always added to any game because developers can't think anything unique for bosses, so they just add them here, the only game who actually got the koopalings right is mario and luigi superstar saga, because they're part of the castle and they are only mid bosses for just one dungeon, not the final boss of all dungeons

@@dr.manthanos7781 first of all, I think it was their lack of screen time that allowed their characters to be less emphasized, which is why they are not as strong. Bowser Jr.s journey portrays Morton the same way and does it great, because he has more dialogue and is given a more centered role. They could have done it better, but at least it’s not sticker star where the only trait of the bosses is that they like being shiny. And two, the Koopalings are their own characters who can absolutely me for fitted into the story and should be given time to develop character, especially in the RPG games. Treating them as nothing more than obstacles has the same mentality of only using plain and dull toads in what is supposed to be a unique game, which need I remind you, is a problem a lot of people have with SS and CS. They don’t need dialogue in Superstar Sage because they are nothing more than plot convenient obstacles, which is so stupid

It's funny how in both the Paper Universe and the Main Universe(Which includes the Super Mario and Mario&Luigi series)Bowser got corrupted by black paint,with the only difference that in the Main Universe the paint was more powerful thanks to Jr.'s paintbrush. This leads me to think: are the Paper Mario antagonists counterparts of Main Mario villains? Because like the Black Paint,even the other villains share similarities. Cackletta and the Shadow Queen are both demons/witches that after being defeated once resurrect,both in the form of purple spirits which use mainly their hands to attack,possess another character to gain a new body and steal something from Peach(her voice and her body respectively). Antasma and Count Bleck are both Vampire-like creatures who talk in bizzarre ways(Antasma's accent or Bleck talking in 3rd person),both wear their "skins" as a cape,have a sad backstory,want to use a "dark" artifact for their plans(chaos heart and dark stone)and got betrayed at the very last moment. Dimentio and Fawful also speak in strange ways(Fawful's ENGRISH and Dimentio's metaphors),merged with a "dark thing"(chaos heart and dark star)and a main character(Bowser and Luigi) to create a monster and after their defeat they try to blow themselves up as a last resort to defeat Mario. Smithy and King Olly are both "non-humans",can shapeshift,steal someone's castle to rebuild it as their own base,sent their own army of underlings to beat Mario(Smithy Gang and the Legion of Stationery) and have personal beefs with Mario's main partner(Geno and Olivia). The Shroobs and the X-Nauts are both aliens,their true origins are unknown to this day,90%of them are stupid and in both cases Mario never knew who their true leader was until the end of the game(Elder Princess Shroob and Grodus)so he kept fighting against who he thought to be their leader(Younger Princess Shroob and Crump).

Also in sticker star, bosses like the big blooper or pokey require of a sticker that avoids her super attack in the case of the blooper you will need a sponge for avoid the ink attack and in case of pokey you will need a baseball bat in case he is too tall mario can’t reach his head

Mario 3D World + BOWSER’S FURY SPOILERS It’s kind of funny that Black Paint possessed Bowser and turned him into something else cause that’s kind of the same in Bowser’s Fury where Bowser Jr. painted on his Dad with Black Paint while he napped as a prank but it actually turned him into Fury Bowser. In other words, he should stay away from any Black substance. (Especially Paint)

I think fury bowser is a sort of black bowser counterpart from the main mario universe(if you played or at least heard of paper jam you should know that mario and paper mario are 2 separate universes)

I also think that other mario/mario and luigi villains (which are main mario universe) have an implicit counterpart in the paper universe (I said implicit because main villains like the koopalings or bowser have direct counterparts). For example fawful and dimentio could be the same because both can manipulate people,betrayed their masters and merged with a dark artifact(dark star/chaos heart) and a main character(bowser/luigi) to create a monster(dark bowser from bowser's DNA and super dimentio). They also talk in bizzarre ways(dimentio loves comparisons, fawful talks grammatically wrong)

I think out of all the boss fights that were in this game my favorite ones were Iggy, Ludwig, Larry, and Lemmy I liked how Iggy’s boss fight took place in a fighting arena and he was riding a chariot I liked how Ludwig was riding a battle ship but after it got destroyed he switched to a submarine I liked how Larry’s boss fight took place on a train and was fighting while the train was moving and I liked how Lemmy’s took place at a circus but fighting on his circus ball
