Friends, today I am sharing a Dhaba Style Aloo Paratha Recipe which is super thin & crisp, but flaky! Let's make Paper Paratha :)

Atta - 1 cup
Resultant Atta / Chalani Atta / R atta - 1 cup
if R Atta is not available - use a combination of - 1 1/2 cup Atta, and 1/2 cup maida
Salt - to taste
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Water - to make dough
Boiled Aloo - 4
Onion - 1
Coriander Leaves - 2 tbsp
Ginger - 1 inch
Green Chilli - 2
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Kasoori methi - 1 tsp
Amchur powder - 1/2 tsp
Black Salt - 1/2 tsp
Roasted Jeera Powder - 1 tsp
Kalonji - 1/2 tsp
Salt - to taste
Ghee/oil - to roast the paratha
