Woah! How in the world did you distribute those tabs along an arc?!? 🤯 Are you doing it manually one at a time in illustrator? Thank you ahead for your response!

Yes - back when I designed this older design, I did place the tabs manually along the arc - tedious for sure! Now I do it with an Illustrator brush made from the the tabs. So much easier! In the next year or so, I'm hoping to create a course on designing 3D paper crafts in Illustrator where I'll talk about the all the little tricks I use now. :)

Thank you for replying @@essyjae ! My weird solution was to create a font in the shape of tabs for every letter and use text on a path to get it to curve & distribute evenly around an arc😂. I could never figure out how to make a brush without the tabs warping around a curve. I will be the first to line up for a class of yours!
