I really really appreciate your vid with all your ideas and different materials. fyi saw one papermaking vid where the guy used a bit of spray cooking oil on his screen to prevent sticking. Because I like using super smooth silkscreen material for my mould/deckle i was having real problems with the sticking, and his tip worked. I will also try your tip about not swiping the sponge see how that makes a diff....

Thank you so much for your really kind comment! I'll try with cooking spray!

Have you tried scraping the back with a drywall pudy scraper to help ring water out and help it come off the screen easier? Im thinking of trying that after sponging it.

that is not the correct way to remove the paper pulp from the frame. that's why it keep braking on you and doesn't release.

Yuck!!!! I mean that dirty water, just to think about the amount of bacteria and microbes in that tub.....😖😨🤒

It's just paper pulp. Any ink from the paper colours it and makes it look mucky. I mean maybe there are some bits like that in there but there are bacteria and microbes everywhere!
