Hi Jessica. Please take care of yourself so that you can get well. Don’t worry about making videos. We will all still be here. My grandkids had fun dying paper last summer. We did it outside to save my kitchen from a messy. I dyed white yarn in avocado dye. It turned out great.

Believe it or not, I was just going to coffee dye some paper for the first time, turned on You Tube and there you were, showing how you coffee/tea dye paper. Talk about synchronicity! Thanks so much!

I'm actually surprised Joann hasn't closed sooner. I'm just waiting for Michael's and HL to go next. None of them carry hardly any paper crafting any more.

I like using different teas to see what color it will turn out to be, plus the scent too. My favorite so far is Thai tea, pretty orangy color and smells so good. Speaking of electrolytes, my favorite is LMNT, so many good flavors, but expensive. I just hate buying a box of one flavor. I can't wait to see the dried pages 😉

Local meetups are so fun! We were having one this weekend but we ended up getting snow in SC! So it went from 4 to 2. We will still have a blast. Feel better. Looking forward to trying your coffee dying technique.

Hi Jessica🙏❤️. Thank you for explaining bout why you fold your coffee dye papers and it does make sense to me too as to why you do it. Also, it does show some nice dark coffee dye lines in the crevices of the papers too. I was wondering though too, when you go to open up the papers after you’ve had them in the oven, don’t they want to crack in the center because they’d be crisp or no?
