Honestly the bread sticks part was the coolest part of the video. All the stuff he is doing is pretty standard when making those things. I didn't think though that the bread would naturally separate when he cooked it in the oven despite him attempting to separate it before hand. I thought it was going to ignore the separation and just cook together. What topped it off was when he turned it over and it had that golden brown crust. The oil he had it in played such an important role.

3 39..... Parmigiano reggiano is actually made from the milk of reggiano cows, so only that cheese can be called reggiano. Every other parmigiano cheese is just parmigiano..... Now, the american stuff that's pre-grated and mixed with cellulose is what Italians call parmesan.... That's why I only suggest buying wedges when buying any type of grating cheese. Romano, too.
