I like that Randy wants to go into weight management. I rather go to someone who has had experience in managing their weight (rather than someone who has it come naturally). Plus it shows one meal isn't going to ruin you forever... it's what you do afterwards that matters. They make such a good team!

I have to say, I love your guys' videos. I've been binge watching them lately because I'm on bedrest until I can get surgery on my hip. I have osteoarthritis but was first misdiagnosed as sciatica so the extra exercise caused it to crash. Your videos definitely help time go by and I just love your guys' energy. My daughter also loves watching you guys and was so inspired and wants to do food challenges as well. She'll come home from school sometimes and ask if you guys have any new ones to watch lol.
