just gonna share this one of the reasons of why actually is 1. How Battle's music is pretty underappreciated for having too much guitars (tho the way the quality of the samples are kept is a great accomplishment for the composer) 2. I actually tried taking out sound sequences from it like i do with advance 3 to use as reference but for some reason sonic battle probably uses a different format, so it's really though for some music makers like me who'd like to remix battle tracks to find a starting point. we'd have to build the composition from the ground up, which is what im sure parabeetle did with this one.

Sonic Battle is criminally underrated, as is Advance 3 in some cases. My boys Emerl and Gemerl never get the respect they deserve...only Gemerl does in the comics, but that's literally it. And I guess Emerl is appearing in that SXSG Shadow miniseries as well, but I still believe the Gizoids deserve much more recognition.

0:59 I got pleasure from fighting in the game just to hear that part of the song. It's amazing how Sonic manages to have a simple story but with epic proportions. The big problem is that this was well done in the old games, until forces was released

You can also blame Koumajou Densetsu II Youmu and Tails both being voiced by Ryou Hirohashi, and Yuyuko having her KMJ II VA shared with Metal Sonic OVA Tails (Hekiru Shiina).

Yes because the Robot emerl goes crazy in sonic 3 advance nonagression ending. And in the same way in Sonic battle game, gemerl the robot gets Crazy and this music starts playing.
