A new Irish archaeological find reveals a disturbing truth behind the legend of the vampire. Could these mutilated bodies be early proof of ritual vampire killings or a more political kind of conspiracy? Join us as we go back hundreds to thousands of years before the creation of our first vampire, Dracula, and look into the darkest depths of humanity's earliest fears of the undead. Why did people believe people could return from the dead?

beats porphyria is a condition where there Is an enzyme missing from the blood amongst other symptoms are sensitivity to sunlight and long eye teeth needles to say they would remain indoors to avoid the sun and perhaps venture out after sunset? Does this sound like count Dracula or vampires? Also centuries ago they would have to sink their teeth into someone a jugular to suck blood and thereby obtain the missing enzyme? Porphyria is real - I cant vouch for count dracula academic.oup.com/qjmed/article/107/11/945/2890493 This link mentions the bone and teeth

Until modern medicine, many people were buried BEFORE THEY WERE ACTUALLY DEAD. If not shut into a coffin, they might attempt to claw their way out of a j.g allow graves. After death, skin pulls away from fingernails, canine teeth appear longer. It only takes a few horrific cases to start a rumour.

Answer: because vampires actually existed and were for them as natural as cows or sheeps or mouses. And of course they were afraid of them. Its understandable that today many people don't want to believe but in the future there will be a moment of history when all paranormal and supernatural will be so obvious, have that info at the back of your head but don't get exited

🧐Here's a history lesson they neglected to mention ^here: Back in the medieval period, they were watching too many horror movies, which terrified the population. Back then they had early smartphones, known as "wise phones". In the modern era, we've got the IPhone 12, but the earliest iPhones started with negative model numbers, such as the iPhone -8 used by medieval 8th century peoples. The wealthier medieval lords used the iPhone -8S. These early models weren't digital though, they used small vaccuum tubes instead, which is why early movies were only available in black and white. 😧😰😫Because of watching so many early vampire movies, the medieval people were always fearful. So in the 9th century, Pope Dylan IV issued an edict banning the iPhone for nearly 1,200 years! The catholic church didn't repeal the iPhone ban til 1992, which is when apple finally released the model -7 and -7S! I don't understand why they left out this important history in this documentary....⁉️
