If your river is anything like ours that fly will be slaying fish at this time of year as the fish love the hawthorn flies which are bombing the water now. Caught another great fish on the orange parachute flu the other day - editing video now. Noticed any increase in subs since I put the last river fishing video out?

Yes sir,had a few more subs recently,thank you,will send few more killer flies next week.

Good to hear a few people have come over and my next river fishing video has a link to your channel too. If you are going to send any more flies that would be much appreciated but not necessary, I don't want to feel like a scrounger, lol I really only use single dry flies on our river so unfortunately haven't used the wet flies you sent, I just can't get away with fishing wet. Have you seen any mayflies on your river yet? None up here so far but it is normally early June when they appear.

You are more than welcome to the flies,no mayfly as yet,they peak the last week of may as a rule.

That is a bit earlier than us but I reckon when the weather warms up a bit (single figures is no good for May) the fish will go crazy feeding so I may rescue some of those stockies and put them in my pond.

I've had it for around 20 years,can't remember where I got it,they are available on ebay far as I know,happy hunting.
