What would happen if Loctite wasn't applied to the screws? Making my first biothane collar like the ones you use for the premade kits. I've bought everything except this Loctite, is it desperately needed?

The glue, which should be special for screw threads, fills the space. So that it does not turn loose! This glue is also available in hardware stores.
