So glad he played them correctly. Most people mistakenly play them like 6 stroke rolls by adding an extra accent on every second stroke and call them Paradiddle-diddles.

Between this one and the linear one you just published, not my favorite format. I understand you're trying to go with a "play along with me" type of thing, but most of us just watch these videos when we have a moment, at work or anywhere else, but not necessarily behind the kit (we're inspired to go to the kit after we watch your videos). So these videos are disappointing (180 Drums + Luke Holland = great expectations, not 40BPM paradiddle diddles) and pretty useless for most. This said with much love, and the only will to shed some light on what viewers like best. Of course a ton of people are going to disagree, but I sure know I speak for another ton of them.

well technically speaking you can still understand the music theory, without knowing how to play the instrument. for instance, a composer doesnt know how to play every instrument in a symphony, but knows how everything should sound.
