I still think Barbarian class is really needed in DaD. It could be some kind of boogy man, a sanctuary of less skilled players like me (I like playing bard though), if you manage to hit you one-two shot any enemy, while may be outskilled. Barbs just need to get nerfed in part of movement speed. They say Barbs are slow but what I see, Barbs are one of 2-3 fastest classes out there on squire gear, which is awful now.

seems like SDF just doesnt want to make looter extraction game, every update they come closer to something like a moba than an extraction game, whats the point of playing the game if my biggest money sink is potions and lockpicks, 6 lockpicks cost more than double my usual HR kit

The only people upset by this update are the people with too much time to spare to grind for hours for gold to get a full purple setup, the casual player will keep the game alive.

the casual play play for free, were, are and will always be trash at the game, no matter how stupid the game become so stfu

I really think a lot of people overestimate how long it took to be decently geared. Purple/Gold BIS kits were crazy and made a huge difference for sure but getting a full set of good gear was maybe 2-3 winning runs to get. The issue with the game now is that there's no reason to loot and fights are mostly a game of who hit's first, I don't think that's going to have great longevity and I expect to see a sharp decline in players over the next two or three weeks because of it.

i started this game 1 month ago, my workplace is very season dependent - peak season atm so i work 7 days a week. this updated ruined the game for me and i stoped playing it. this is not nolife vs casual.

@@TheOfficialDatamine there are still rolls on gear jfc you are a bunch of crybabys. not to mention they will likely tweak the base stats so greys arent the same as purples but still CLOSE. its been two days, wah wah wah

Games still in early dev, these changes were announced long ago they just needed more content for it to make sense (IMO they still need more), It's not its hard or takes long to get a good build, it's just boring and is pretty much filler gameplay but people forget this isn't just Fantasy Tarkov. Players will be back when content like Sorc or the next map drops (like every other "this game is dead now" situation) there's simply a lack of anything new content since the return of Ruins and they seem to be hard at working implementing new things.
