Oh my!!! I am one of those who has never been successful with being guided this way. This wonderful person did it! Everything he broadcasts is just right. These are helpful guided meditations I "happen" to run into suddenly on here yet had no knowledge such a calming shift would be more psychogically positively affective in healing others... I was really enjoying this. Except at 45 minutes in, mid-sentence (while counting), the recording starts over at the beginning. Ok, NP. Then 6 about minutes later, all sound stops. Both times, it completely pulled me out of my meditation. It was a little disappointing. Otherwise, the voice and content is great.
