how's it going gang c: this might be the very end of questing as far as sumeru goes, this year really flew by..
the end of the year on genshin is always slow and i feel like we should be getting used to it, it's incredible to me the amount of people complaining about the game, one trailer gets released and suddenly everyone's back on track lmao, they just leave star rail behind in the dirt now, thanks for entertaining us a few weeks waiting for fontaine!!
i still like star rail and hope you wanna see more of it too!! 300k is creeping up, actually getting pretty excited for it ngl, we're gonna move big time when that all happens c:

It was my first Summer Event and it was awesome! Also, love your timing. I needed something to relax right now so thank you! EDIT: I finished the video and it was great. I'm glad you enjoyed and I agree, Kaeya is a great dad/uncle/older brother. And someone said Kaeya build video?! Yes, please! Also, personally I enjoy one big video more. Idyia is an interesting character, especially comparing to Rhodeia. They are very different in terms of personality. I knew about her true form from limited World Quest there. You'll see from exploration what I mean. Love Oceanids' lore that they introduced. BTW, if someone is curious, Idyia is not the second or even the third Lochfolk/Oceanid we met. There were also Endora and Urania. Alas, they are also from limited events. In addition, it seems that Oceanids after their pilgrimage to Harvisptokhm (basically remains of previous Hydro Archon) travel all over the world now. I do hope we'll met more in Fontaine, though. And of course: THE POWER OF WATER IS ITS ABILITY TO TAKE ANY SHAPE!

this event was so fun and like on par with the the first GAA for me. the exploration was a breeze, the mini games are a blast to play, and the story was heartfelt. i love it so much!

i didn’t play yet during 1.6 unfortunately and I always feel like i missed out on something really important, so you saying this makes me kinda happy haha. i loved the tough puzzles in 2.8 but i understand why some people didn’t enjoy it. this year felt a bit short to me in comparison but the world is beautiful and you can tell how much effort they put into it. the idea of getting inspiration from a fun fair is brilliant, the ferris wheel and the choo choo train are amazing. i also love that they dropped a bit of fontaine lore, keeping us on edge about the next nation, just like they did last year. ill miss the hydro eidolons, the way they flap their arms (?) around when they’re happy gives me serotonin. it’s all so detailed and beautiful.

Hoyoverse might not always hit the spot in terms of some choices/designs they've made in game, but something they've almost always done right are the ending cutscenes. The audio balance between the sound effects and the bgm itself makes the whole thing come to life. I did notice they are also tying the ends up very nicely as well, that ending dialogue low-key reminded me of Venti's story quest

I thought this was such a cute and fun event, not too crazy with lore (which isn't always a bad thing!) and overall heartwarming and silly. Honkai: Star Rail's 1.2 update is coming soon though, so I can't wait for you to start that arc and experience it!

the thing about klee i think is she develops differently from humans since shes an elf, having longer lifespans and all

To answer the question of why Klee hasn't grown up in 3 years it's because she's an elf, and elves in the world of teyvat age significantly slower than normal humans, which is why there is probably no noticeable differences to klee within the 3 years.

Going back here after the Fontaine 4.2 Archon quest, it feels like this event has some parallels to the overarching plot of Fontaine AQ. Even Idyia's title as "mascot", she had this domain left behind to her as its caretaker. So on so forth

This event was about exploration and fun I love it also the world quests in that map were awesome, and I had a lot of fun doing them especially about the golden watch, the pirate story and the hidden treasure by us!

The first GAA event actually did mention that Klee and Alice's species is *very* long lived, so like there is every chance for how she's 7 or so maturity wise, she was born 50 years ago. So even with the new region a year or so we're on the roadmap for, the traveler might just not spend long enough awake in Teyvat to physically see Klee grow. Like there is a non zero chance the Eris name dropped in Enkanomiya could be *our* Alice, which would make Alice one of the longest lived characters in the game.

Just putting a lil info out there right at the beginning of the video : Klee is an elf, she ages way slower than humans so number wise she's not 7/8 but mentality and physically wise she's the equivalent of like a 7yo or something. 3 years in human years is nothing to her so we don't see her grow up. She's still a baby tho

Remember that Klee is not a human, she is an Elf and as Alice said she is a long life species, and i'm basing this solely on D&D Elves which means in human years she lived for around 40 years lol

This event is way better than I thought. I thought they're gonna re-use the archipelago map again(for some reason) for the 3rd time. After the event I thought "Oh yeah I'm an idiot. How are they gonna fit a desert in an archipelago?". I guess the devs can't think of any way to re-use the same map 3 times and make it feel "new" again.

klee and alice are of a race that lives much longer than humans which means its a safe guess to think they age "slower". so even if she was alive for years and years, she would still be a kid cuz of the way aging works. klee seems like 6 to me, whatever the equivalent is to that in her and alices race
