I grew up camping there in the late 70's. Very different then as we only had the lake to swim in and trails to ride our dirt bikes on. Still some of the best memories of my youth. Hoping to get back next summer.

Yes I agree that this camp ground is a hidden gem! I visited this campground TWICE in 2022. If I came back a 2nd time in the same year that tells you all you need to know. What I loved most about it that’s is family owned and run. Try booking I site along side the water. It’s the best sites hands down.

Awesome!! We’re going to Buttonwood in September. Pretty sure it’s in September. We’re going up to the Raystown Lake this month. Also in September, we’re traveling to Gatlinburg Tennessee. We were up in Mystic Connecticut in June and Virginia Beach in July. Lots of camping this year! Woohoo!

What an awesome review. So sorry we missed your family as we were on a bike trip that week. But to hear how you enjoyed our home away from home was wonderful. We love hearing the frogs sing us to sleep at night and waking to the birds greeting us in the morning, it is so peaceful and relaxing at Paradise. Glad to hear that you will be back to enjoy Paradise Stream once again.

I was just there over the weekend and literally told my stepdad you guys should do a review at Paradise stream...we love it there..they make nice upgrades every year and it's reasonably priced.

We love this campground. Found it in May 2020 while I was "laid off" due to COVID...stayed two times that summer. We stay along the creek in the full hook-up sites. We were just there July 21-24. My only disappointment is a lot of other people are "finding" this place and since 2020 it is getting harder and harder to find an opening with two sites side by side.

Such a great campground!!! We like it here a lot better than Buttonwood. Place is massive, everything is so clean. My wife loves paddle boarding in the lake.

Great video and review! We have used your recommendations several times and they have never let us down! And I agree, I like going to family owned campgrounds! We have had at least 3 of our favorite CGs in South Jersey bought out by a large company and the prices have increased and quality has dropped..kinda sad..

It is sad, especially the price increases- making camping less accessible. We are glad to still be finding some family owned and operated.

We use walkie-talkies to communicate with our kids in a lot of campgrounds. Sadly we need to upgrade ours to stronger ones because depending on tress they can limit signal. We also use ours to communicate when parking...this place in particular can have spotty cell service.

Nice campground that we have also enjoyed. Have you tried Dogwood Acres Campground in Newville, PA? They are also family owned and live on the grounds. Super friendly campground and a nice church service on Sundays.
