His origin seems more sympathetic and makes his motivations more understandable. I like multi dimensional villains and heroes as it makes stories have more depth and interesting plots. His backstory makes him more of an antihero than an actual villain to me though. Have to see how they write him into the main storylines before a final verdict.

The writer of this comic said a few days ago in an interview that he wanted to create a new villain for the Flash, at the Anti-Monitor power level. So Paradox is another DC cosmic character that is one of the most powerful in the entire universe.

I like the concept of someone knowing that Flash isn't the hero he's made out to be, he's ruined a lot of people's lives with his carelessness when it comes to time travel and ultimately wants to stop the Flash from breaking the timeline over and over. It makes Paradox less of a trashy one off villain and gives him more umph.

I feel the same hopefully Williamson has more freedom to get real creative without editorial holding him back. Because this villain has a lot of potential just hope he doesn't turn out like levianthan (should have kept the mystery going) or ragoul zar (Sadly I kind of want to turn him into a lobo villain so lobo can kill him).

@@noctisluciscaelum211 agreed and frankly both villains like Leviathan and Rogol zar were so boring to the point i didn't care about them and sadly like you said i really wanted lobo to kill rogol zar so we don't have to deal with his crap but sadly i couldn't even get that which sucks, as for Leviathan yeah he had some potential but i just didn't care about him or his motivation but that's just my opinion. So lets hope Williamson can actually fresh out paradox and make him a interesting villian that actually has some staying power and isn't boring or generic.

here is my guess at what they gonna do with him; Paradox will create havoc, will kick some serious ass; and just when he is about to end the flash family; he will find out that the "first" time manipulation was done when resverse flash came back in time to kill barry's mother; it is that moment that ruined and changed everything. Meanwhile; Wally in the mobius chair who has now accepted tempteus' request of fixing all the timelines will try to re-do everything and also "fix" the speed force; then he will learn that speed force is a much older entity than even the mobius chair and the "search" into the speed force will begin,,,,,,,,,,,,,
