I've been tracking this since Jan2024. It has huge potential The one and only red flag is sugar's cyclical nature and Ethanol production ban by govt... It's Agriculture portfolio is great and Parrys sugar is dominating the market and Ethanol is inevitable in future.

Cyclical nature of wholesale sugar is the reason it commands low PE multiple. But mgmt intend to reduce that segment to single digit. Then the real value unlocking would happen.

As I'm from Tamilnadu I can observe the growth of Parry's sugar in retails section all Kirana stores and grocery store are having parry's sugar only and 8 out of 10 consumers are getting parry's sugar only from shops. Other than this GROMOR Fertilizers distribution is also increased a lot which will also contribute to Parry's Cash Flow in future
