absolutly, sometimes it's flyable all day from sunset to sunrise although it's quite rare. it's usually more like a few hours during the day !

Hello, well you can contact all the pilots in Ontario at chat.whatsapp.com/GX8hwTuon0rBK9p1rMk8g4 . But there is no expert on the area, there are no official sites in Toronto. you can fly there between 10-13kts from 90 degrees to 220 degrees. there is a south take off and an East take off at East point. This video shows the South take off. Winds were SSW on that day.
