Poor Dabuz, man he gets so much unwarranted hate. People call him campy and boring to watch because he uses Rosalina and Olimar. I myself am not a huge fan of Rosa so I can understand the hate there. But Olimar, jesus, I mean sometimes Olimar is campy, but u have to give Dabuz credit, his Olimar is quite aggressive in this video and i find Dabuzs skill with him makes it interesting. Ok, its not the hypest character, but would you rather watch another sheik? another diddy? more down throw u-air up-b combos from zss (no hate to Nairo his ZSS is stellar) But seriously, cut the man some slack for using an underused and not overpowered character that, i find interesting to watch.

+RanserSSF4 I don't know if your name is just a coincidence (lol), but in most fighters there is a lot of time spent in neutral, more so than what you'd see in Melee. Sm4sh really isn't any more campy, especially considering planking is gone. Street Fighter 4 is my favorite example, the game is very "campy", even more so if you consider 3rd Strike, but the community learned to understand the intricacies of why, and I think thats something the Smash community eventually needs to learn as well. Even in Melee itself people will complain if there are two neutral heavy characters on screen, like Peach vs Samus.

I'm kind of intrigued at how much some players have been able to get under his skin lately (ESam, Nairo, Vinnie, etc) but that shit always happens in the grand finals, and its such a snorefest cause no one has yet to beat him and its like "why do i even have to stick around" Nothing against ZeRo. Guy puts in work and he's the god at the game until someone dethrones him, but that has yet to happen and if I'm watching a tournament he hasn't attended, then I can at least take bets instead of waiting for the tide known as ZeRo to come in and wash away his opponent. I personally think its way more exciting to not automatically know who's gonna win, lmao.

Wow, Nairo really takes this seriously. I mean, he really came prepared and you know why? Because we've never seen him do combos like that, and he knew the matchup much better than anyone did. I'll be honest, the fact Dabuz didn't got chanted unlike Nairo really was sad, but this was Nairo's moment. And he may not be my favorite smasher nor ZSS my favorite character in this game (in fact, I'm a bit sick of her) but the fact that he won this tournament demonstrates that he is possibly one of the best smashers in this game. Props to him. BTW, those glasses push O_O

I like Dabuz, I think he's nothing but positivity. I'm seeing comments like "Rosalina user, he sucks" or something (could be more hateful), I think he's an awesome guy. It's the small things that count, like his tag above his character is "For Adam", this shows how loyal he is to his friends and family. Before the game started on that Star Fox Spaceship one, Dabuz went for a fist bump, but he was shy and he was unsure of it, but Nairo completed the fist bump, I think this shows that Dabuz still wants Nairo's good side for an open friendship. Plus I've never seen a player who came in second place with Olimar, a non-popular character in tournaments.

I get that people aren't fond of Dabuz's playing style, and I will agree it's not the most entertaining thing to watch, but his mindset is right, you can hardly deny that. I don't think it's right to judge someone for that. And personally, I kinda appreciate and admire him for playing a character that people thought for such a long time was bad, that being Olimar/Alph, and turning him into a formidable threat. Rosalina too, while being among the most annoying characters to fight in Smash, period, doesn't seem nearly as common as you'd think and Dabuz does a lot of neat things with her. At the same time, I have a lot of admiration for Nario. I don't think I need to explain, his performance speaks for itself, but damn, his playstyle is so fluid, it's like a work of art.

Mon3yTrees I wouldn't doubt you if you didn't believe. I'm on the banned servers of FG. You get there from being too good and making players salty enough to report you. There happened to be a great Olimar who was obviously there for spamming. His movement, knowledge of Pikmin, reads, adaptivity was some of the best I've seen. I'm gonna say he was the best I fought on FG. He would take me from 0-50 in 2 seconds at times. I still beat him because I waited him out n' stuff, but I'm calling lucky. I killed him at 45%...he kinda earned it, though. I got a replay of him, but it's the only one I uploaded. There were matches where he just plain two stocked me less than 2 minutes.
