in 2009 hayley pushed her voice so much she ended up having a soft polyp which is serious for singers. it healed and she changed her vocal coach, so the way she sings now is much more healthier and better for her voice. she drops words for the crowd to sing along to, she gets the involved so they really feel apart of the show.

Before people start hating on the crowd for being dead, because I have a feeling it might happen... I would blame the mic. The mic is designed to pick up sounds that are straight up in front of the mic and that are directed to it. The sound of the crowd is extremely spread out and the mic can't capture that very well because that's not what it was designed to do. Therefore, the crowd is not dead, it's just the mic.

Actually, the crowd isn't heard because Since they put live audio in album form they probably editing the crowd out from the final mix so that you could only hear their performance, the crowd could've been going completely wild, but they turned them down so the cheers don't interfere with the song

Jordan Clarke their sound probably took the audio that went straight from the mics and amps into the board. I've done it at shows lots of times, the only crowd audio it would pick up would be through Hayley's mic most likely.

They never changed nor grew up :) PARAMORE IS STILL PARAMORE, and it won't change anything :) numbers are just numbers! it doesn't matter how many albums they sold with Farro brothers. The presence of the whole band are still there! Just accept the fact that Farro brothers are not there anymore. Let's just hope that maybe one day, they'll be reunited again and have their REUNION concert for us :)

Seen a lot of comments about Hayley dropping lines and ok, we all have our own taste in music. To me she's so much better than before. I still love listening to the Final Riot or older performance but it sounds more entertaining now. Every performance is different from the previous one, she's clearly playing with her voice and it sounds less "school like" (don't know if I make sense, english isn't my native tongue (: ) Jeremy and Taylor are awesome, I could listen to the end of BBBB on repeat.

If you're not satisfied with Hayley's live vocals then listen to the record. Lol. It's starting to become the same comments under these videos....I think it's really more about Hayley's style of singing and less about her dropping words. Because that shouldnt really bother you if you understand it's live and Hayley is moving around singing uptempo records. And she forgets lyrics from time to time, but that happens. There are fans who do appreciate her style of singing on the record and live. I mean it's how *Hayley's* brain functions and not how *our* brain functions. If you actually go see them live, I only saw them once this past summer, but you focus on more than just Hayley like...Jeremy, Taylor, other musicians on the stage, etc.

to be fair they perform at bigger venues with bigger stages so hayley williams is like running over the place. but i do see your point because sometimes she'll to do it to add emphasis. But see that's the thing, is now it's become more of a habit. A bad habit. She did it on good morning america. That is anything but a big stage. I hate to say that I enjoy the studio recordings more than the live performances. I've always wanted to see Paramore live, but if she is going to perform like that, I also hate to say I would rather stay home or see an acoustic performance. But then again, my favorite live performance of all time is the acoustic MTV Unplugged performance. And just to make something clear, I have been a very long and loyal fan of Paramore. When my friend told me not to listen to Now when it first came out because he said it wasn't Paramore, I listened and I knew he was wrong. I love them still and always will.

Victoria Cervantes I think she actually does it to save her voice, she's been ill and had a lot of problems with it this past year, not too sure why, think she's damaged it in some way but idk, it doesn't bother me most of the time but sometime's I'd prefer it if she just stood and sung the song if it meant a better vocal performance but then again, who wants to pay money to see a band sing their songs the exact way it sounds on the album, it adds entertainment value I guess when she's working the stage etc :P

in the end, this band is one of the best lives. You might disagree but live performance factors a lot of elements to make it a good one which is why it sounds/performs completely different from studio or acoustic. Hayley Williams does a killer job involving the crowd (another reason she drops words, she pointing the mic at the crowd), performing with high energy and charisma, giving attention to the other members and best of all belts those vocally challenging notes without playback. The whole band literally stops at nothing to give a good show like when they had sound tech problems at reading or at iheart festival and the crowd loves it. I personally prefer that then her just singing the song like many other artists do.

Lol please quit saying that this is what growing up sounds like. It isnt. This is just what happens when the Farro brothers leave Paramore. Josh Farro helped write many different songs in the past. You can tell the difference if you've been listening to Paramore as long as i have. The Farros brought the rock to Paramore. With out them, Paramore is pop. Pop may get them more popular. But all Paramore's real fans came in when the rock/ pop punk sound was there. Not saying new fans arent real fans, but where Paramore started, they were was a different genre. Dont get me wrong, i still love Paramore no matter what.
