This, out of all of the songs, was gonna be the hardest to do. It was already perfect and so unique, I'd always thought only really something drastic, like a classical or a capella take would work. But I tell you, this version is class! Sure they've not completely reinvented the wheel, but it's a unique spin that's faithful to the original. I like it!

I heard Julien’s interpretation first and I respect the original but wow. Absolutely no disrespect to Paramore but Julien’s is just otherworldly. The effects, the instrumental, the difference in the emotional tone, it’s just all so perfect. Something about Julien’s version is just so gripping. Like I cant stop replaying it. I just got into Boygenius and this has persuaded me to listen to Julien solo

You probably listened to it because this comment is 1 month old but if you didn't, i recommend you to listen to Little Oblivions. It's such a great album from start to finish. If you like instrumentals more; Faith Healer, Favor, Ringside are too good with their lyrics and music. Julien is an amazing musician, underrated but she is the reason boygenius exists.
