So glad that I was able to see Paramore live in Sept. 2010 right before Josh and Zac left. The whole band itself is killer talented...and of course now even, but Zac is the most inspirational kickass drummer ever, and my hype for the 5th album is beyond real. I'm so excited he's drumming on it.

Zac Farro is an amazing drummer. Very versatile. He should be up there with Travis Barker. Don't get me wrong I love Travis but I think Zac can do everything he does. Not only that, look how creative he is with a small drumset.

Not sure about his snare on the records, but it's all probably mostly samples. He used a hammered chrome over brass 14 x 6,5 live when with Gretsch. Wondering too much about which type of drums someone used on a specific record is usually a waste of time though and will get you nowhere ;)

His drumkit is very low when he switched to gretsch. I personally like his truth kits better but it doesn't even matter wich kit he's playing on. Zac is a beast!

His kit sound was the best IMO when he used Gretsch drums and Meinl cymbals. He currently (in 2024) uses Ludwigs and Istanbul cymbals; both excellent but yea I liked the early era kits better.

@rodolforops paramore is still paramore, it doesn't have the Farro's on it, but it is still a band, we will miss Zac and Josh A LOT but they got to move on, Josh is working on something right now, he said so on his twitter and Zac is now on Half Noise so they are still on this.
