Full stall is dangerous even for a skydiver, certainly requires active and precise brake manoeuvres at the right timing. Nothing like on passive sky diving equipment. Get one uneven brake and you’ll be spinning, twisting, which leads into a cascade of problems. Go ahead and do it but under the safety of an SIV first.

@@neptunemeditation oh yeah you would drop altitude fast, but he's risking his his parachute might tangle up. So yes it's the 2nd one you said. I was a skydiver, I know this isn't skydiving but the same principles apply. No way I'm risking an entanglement once my chute was open.
