@@jared2178 Huge State so Eastern Montana is VERY different from Western Montana, drier, no mountains, less snow but colder than Western Montana and far less people, almost all the towns of any size and both colleges are in Western Montana. I had some great years at the Cheif Joseph when I was young 10-13 years old in 1976-79 . It was Shiloh Christian Retreat at that time and there was 1000 acres included as the whole property . I worked there full time in summer months and have some great memories there. My Dad built some of the balconies and steps on the barns and he was a Teacher as well. We rode dirt bikes, hunted deer and I have some great stories about that ranch . We had a cabin which was a mini six plex I don't know if still there on property. I will buy that ranch one day.

When they brought up Colorado accepting construction like Breckenridge, Crested Butte, Telluride i tell you what, my heart broke and sank because it's true. Many who have been in Colorado's mountains for years who hate it and i see in their faces when tourists come to visit. I completely understand it even deeper now.
