For visual effects compositing I use normally Autodesk Smoke & Autodesk Combustion

The logo as such is not created by me...its done by one Ms.Varsha Kodgi (made the Shiva pose) and further layouting done by one Mr.Sumanth.......I have only done the production graphics work. I guess they have used Adobe Illustrator to do the logo.
