Βρεθήκαμε στον όγκο του όρους PARANGU, ένα βουνό που αποτελεί μια από τις ελάχιστες πύλες προς την Τρανσυλβανία μέσω του φαραγγιού του ποταμού "Jiu ". Γνωρίσαμε πρώτη φορά τον υπέροχο τόπο των Καρπαθίων το 2021 όταν ανεβήκαμε στην ψηλότερη κορυφή της Ρουμανίας το "Moldoveanu" και την κορυφή "Vistea Mare". Η μοναδική ομορφιά των κορυφογραμμών μας συγκλόνισε και ξεκινήσαμε ένα εγχείρημα, να διανύσουμε τα σημαντικότερα βουνά αυτής της απέραντης οροσειράς των 1.700 χιλιομέτρων!!!
Κατά την ανάβασή μας στο PARANGU οι καιρικές συνθήκες ήταν άσχημες και μετέτρεψαν μια ευχάριστη ανάβαση με φανταστική θέα, σε έναν πολύωρο και εξαντλητικό αγώνα σε ένα βουνό που άρχισε να γίνεται επικίνδυνο. Η Κορίνα έφτασε στα όρια της και εγώ προσπαθούσα από την μια μεριά να διαχειριστώ τους φόβους της και από την άλλη να διαχειριστώ τις δυσκολίες του βουνού και να γυρίσουμε πίσω ασφαλής. Σωστές αποφάσεις και καθαρό μυαλό μας γύρισαν πίσω και σας παρουσιάζουμε αυτή την περιπέτειά μας. Τα βουνά έχουν κι αυτό το πρόσωπο...Τα λατρεύουμε με όποιο πρόσωπο κι αν έχουν!!!
Στη μνήμη του Ρουμάνου Marius Burciu (31 ετών). Εκεί, πατώντας στα χνάρια που αφήσαμε κι εμείς πάνω στο χιόνι, την επόμενη μέρα έχασε την ζωή του γλιστρώντας σε 200 μέτρα παγωμένης πλαγιάς του Parangu .-
A winter adventure in the CARPATHIANS. We found ourselves in the volume of Mount PARANGU, a mountain that is one of the few gateways to Transylvania through the "Jiu" river gorge. We got to know the wonderful place of the Carpathians for the first time in 2021 when we climbed the highest peak of Romania "Moldoveanu" and the peak "Vistea Mare". The unique beauty of the ridges shocked us and we started a venture, to cross the most important mountains of this vast mountain range of 1,700 kilometers!!!
During our ascent to PARANGU the weather conditions were bad and turned a pleasant climb with fantastic views into a long and exhausting struggle on a mountain that started to become dangerous. Corina reached her limits and I was trying on the one hand to manage her fears and on the other hand to manage the difficulties of the mountain and return safely. Right decisions and a clear mind brought us back and we present you this adventure of ours. The mountains have this face too...We love them with whatever face they have!!!
In memory of the Romanian Marius Burciu (31 years old). There, stepping on the footprints that we also left on the snow, the next day he lost his life sliding down 200 meters of the frozen slope of Parangu.-
