PLEASE read this: I have a LOT of experience with the paranormal on top of being very Sensitive. When you say things like, “there is nothing dangerous here” “nothing physical has happened” etc. a harmful spirit can view that as a challenge. Just because these things haven’t happened, doesn’t mean that a spirit isn’t capable. By saying things like this, a negative spirit may want to prove what they are capable of doing just to show how strong they are. I am not trying to scare you, I am a mother also and I am just concerned for you and your family. If you Sense something, don’t ask it to leave, DEMAND IT. Say things like this out loud: “Leave now, you are not welcome here, you can not stay here, leave”. Be very stern. No please, no thank you. Say it with confidence. Something simple you can try to do is to Smudge (sage cleanse) your house. TIPS: before you begin cleanse your house open ONE window. If you plan on smoking the negativity out this gives a exit for the spirit. This is VERY important. Cleanse every area of your home, every nook. After you are done with this light something nice like an incense to fill the space with something nice and positive once you’re finished.

Mallori McMaine great advice, well said.. I’m a believer, I’ve had paranormal experiences myself and some not so nice! As well Danielle needs to ask ppl if they know of a good, honest & worthy paranormal investigators to help her out. We need to give her 100% support. I live in Australia wish I could be there to help her. I’m a mother of three and a very protective mother of 3! Yes be strong, & stern in telling these entities to leave and as well sage/ smudge the house. Not nice having things like this happening to you and your family especially when you have little ones. Blessed be, God Bless.

Mallori McMaine haha I'm sure asking it to leave it'll just leave. So funny what people make up in their minds all this is crap anyway I've had so many friends and family died that say they would come back and haunt me if they can and none of them have ever come back and done anything this is solid proof that when we die we die that's it everything goes black

I agree 100%. I had the same dismissive attitude as you, Danelle, and my 3-year old nephew ended up getting hurt as a result. Stuff unexplainably kept falling and breaking in my house and I heard voices and singing (day and night). I kept thinking it was alright - no one had gotten hurt after all and I couldn't afford to move out. Then one day a board off the living room bookshelf somehow lifted itself, nails and all, and fell right on top of my nephew just as he was walking past it. He didn't even touch the shelf or anything - it just fell right on top of him out of the blue. My family all saw it happen (we just saw it tip and fall) and we were shocked speechless (the timing did not seem coincidental - all of the adults had walked past it numerous times and nothing happened but when the only child did it much later - BAM). We couldn't understand how it had happened - the nails weren't loose nor were the holes for them too big and the two similar boards sitting on each side of the one that fell were firmly attached. Luckily my nephew wasn't hurt too badly - he only got a bruise on his head - but it freaked me out beyond belief. Especially since this was the fourth piece of furniture that had somehow 'lifted' itself unexplainably and fallen to the floor since I had moved in. I ended up shouting at the entity to leave us alone (I was furious) and since then things have definitely calmed down.

You should look into getting a clearing hun. My aunty had negative spirits in her house and it was awful. I woke up one night to something standing over me and another time to stomping down the hallway so my aunt hired a Ghost Clearer who basically cleared the negative energy and helped close the gate that they were coming through as insane as that sounds but after the lady left, we never experienced anything like that in that house again. Salt rock lamps help hun, and place crystals around the house. Let in as much light as possible and just imagine a golden or blue light (like a bubble) surrounding you and your children. It will protect you. Maybe you could imagine it over the kids before you put them to sleep at night so that they're protected while they sleep. Thanks for the update hun. I hope everything works out

Well I think if your kids are terrified and have night terrors and things like that maybe it is serious. Just because it didnt get physical doesn't mean is not smthng that means you harm. I don't think a playful spirit would scare someone like that for fun, specially if you get bad vibes from it.

Paranormal story that happened in real life : I was probably 8-6 years old and I lived in the neighborhood right next to a river and in this river a little girl named Lily drowned in it(very sad) she was young . When I moved in my house I felt a weird tapping out of no where , one day my mom bought me a small whiteboard so I wrote stuff on it like “hi” and i would leave it there Bc i would forget to erase it 😶. One day I wrote something like “hello” and I left it there and went to go eat but when I got back to my room I saw another written “hello” on the whiteboard. I wasn’t really freaked out Bc I was young and I didn’t understand this. This is the weird part, I kept writing notes like “who are you” “ are u my friend” and all that stuff and each time there will be a new response there. But in order to work I had to leave the white board and the marker closed alone somewhere I won’t see it. And it never worked when there was people around. Thinking about it now it super freaky. Hope you guys enjoyed this real story. Also ilysm danielle

Most recently, I was feeling a presence in my house. Same feelings as yours: tingling, sudden cold, shadows that would catch my eye. I also felt it staring at me. The presence wasn't threatening, but it was there, like a heaviness. I wracked my brain as to what I might have brought in to the house. I'd purchased some old purses off ebay, but that didn't seem the cause. Then I realized the presence made itself know very soon after I adopted a six year old dog, Alistair. I thought the presence might be the elderly lady that surrendered him because she was moving to a nursing home, perhaps she'd passed, but that didn't feel right either. Then I thought about the dog's first owner. He had Ali from a pup. That man passed away when Ali was 2. Ali then went to the man's sister, the elderly lady who I got Ali from. Once I identified the presence was him I was overcome with sadness. I think he was here to check that Ali was okay. I let several more days go by until I couldn't tolerate his presence any longer. I got my sage, lit it, and told him that I promise to love and protect Ali. I thanked him for loving Ali as a pup. I told the presence that he didn't belong here and that he was needed elsewhere. I repeated this over and over again. It was really quite emotional. I opened the back door and released him. I haven't felt the presence since. I think connecting to his humanity is what helped him to move on. I tell you this because I hope that it might help you in identifying the presence in your home. I'm sorry that your children are being affected. No one should feel unsafe in their home.

You’re a good momma. My family lived in an apartment when I was in 5th grade while we were waiting for my moms divorce to my step dad to be finalized. She never even dated again because that guy was so terrible. BUT one time I was napping in her bed in the apartment and from the front door, a hallway led to my sisters room, my room and then my moms room. I vaguely remember that she was doing laundry and I woke up to see a creepy old woman trying to walk towards me from her bathroom that was adjacent to the bed. When I opened my eyes I was staring straight into the long hall-like bathroom with the big walk-in closet at the end. It looked like the woman was struggling to get to me but that she was adamant to get there. It was so terrifying. I’ve had a couple of other experiences where “old women” have tried to get close to me, even a phone call where someone pretended to be the parent of a friend and invited me over for a sleepover before my mom yanked the phone out of my hand (PRAISE🙌🏼) so I don’t know if this visualization was sleep paralysis, a product of my imagine or something else. I don’t necessarily believe in the paranormal but these stories are definitely entertaining

I grew up with the most absurd paranormal things happening to me and my family, regardless of where we moved. It seemed to be something with us, not the space... And most of it was heavy and negative. Chairs falling over, things flying off walls and across rooms. Shadows running across the walls, objects disappearing and reappearing when you turn your back, things laughing at you, growling, scratching, choking, full blown attacks. I had it all. For me, it went to a really really dark place and i saw, heard and physically felt some REALLY F'd up stuff. I got to a place where i felt SO strongly that I was done with it, I was turning it off, it was not allowed anymore and it somehow all stopped after 19 years. Idk how to describe the feeling but it was powerful and I feel like it is what stopped it.

When you were explaining what happened to your children and how absolutely and completely terrified your daughter was I got SO, SO angry!! I mean really furious to the point my heart was pounding and my face was hot. How dare something scare a child that badly!! One thing you can do is fill your home with a lot of happiness and laughter. Do things in the home as a family such as watching funny movies, reading happy books, telling goofy bedtime stories, playing fun games(Pinterest has some awesome diy games for families), etc. Open windows to let fresh air in, keep fresh flowers around, take extra care of your pets and house plants, light good smelling candles. Anything you can think of to bring an extra dose of good vibes into your home for a while. Some things feed on negative emotions so lots of happiness may slow these experiences a bit. 🙂

KZbin is such a pain in the ass... I have been going to people’s channels instead of relying on notifications or sub box for almost a year now. But anyway, you look beautiful! And I love these true stories from your life! Also as to calling a church and clearing out your house... let me tell you from my experience. I’m not religious whatsoever. We had to move into a different apartment about 6 years ago, it wasn’t the best experience, it was stressful and people involved weren’t nice, not gonna go into detail. As soon as we moved in, life just went to shit, literally. It was me, my husband at the time and my grandma. We all got brutally sick right away, it was the most horrible flu, coughed for like two months... and my grandma ended up passing away shortly after we moved into this place, even though she seemed to have been in a great shape, she still was working at 87, unstoppable woman. I hated this place and it always felt like i was being choked when i was home. It was hard to breathe, i just did not want to be there, I would stay at work as long as possible just to stay away from home. Then one day off I was just looking at wallpaper at my house, it was very old and ugly and i was planning to have it all changed eventually, and I noticed tiny sewing needles in the walls, in odd places. In every room. I immediately got scared. Pulled out one of them, it was black and looked like it was burned before stuck into the wall. Then i looked up what that meant. And I found out that (possibly previous owners of this house) put a curse on this place, and i realized why I always felt so terrible at home. I told a few people, read stuff online and basically my only answer was to call a priest and bless and sage the house. I met the most wonderful priest at my grandmas funeral and I immediately felt like he was the only person I could trust blessing my house. So i met up with him, told him everything and he did it for me. And let me tell you, it felt better RIGHT AWAY. That same night I slept peacefully for the first time since we moved. And i was also told to try and fill the house with my own positive energy, and i have been doing that ever since. And now my house is my happy place, i am excited to go home every day and just be in my cozy little corner. I know you’re planning on moving away soon, but if things get bad, I really recommend calling a priest. Even though I’m still not religious whatsoever. You will feel if it’s the right person to do it as soon as you meet them, trust me.

The only time things calmed down was when I started burning white sage incense and when I started saying things like “leave me alone” or “this is my house.” It’s the easiest thing you can do. I found out today 25+ years later my little sister felt the same things. That same shadowy figure would attack me during "sleep paralysis" or manifest as heavy footsteps when i got alittle older. My parents never believed me. When it happened in a new home i bought, my minister did a full house blessing and all the crazy activity stopped for several months. Not only do they feed on fear, they feed on any negative emotions that anyone in the home is having. Grief, anger, jealousy, frustration, fear, sadness etc

My family and I used to live in a house that had a lot of paranormal things happened. Our microwave would randomly turn on so we had to keep a glass of water in there so the microwave didn’t burn up. My mom had a parakeet that hated me but very time I was home alone and went into the kitchen he would say “come here” until I left the kitchen. My younger brother’s dog refused to go into the kitchen. My older brother and my mom’s boyfriend heard change jingling in the living on separate occasions and no one else was in there. My sister in law heard what sounded like empty tin cans hitting pavement coming from the laundry room which was connected to the bathroom and she would be the only person up. Our doorbell was constantly found in pieces on the porch. But the scariest thing that happened to my sister in law and me. My older brother and his family was relocating to our town. My sister in law got a job before they had a house so they would stay with us for a few days while she worked. She had to get up at 4am and leave by 5 am. The day this happened my sister in law was sleeping in my room with her kids, I was sleeping on a mattress in the dining room, and my older brother was on the couch in the living room. My younger brother had talked about staying the night but decided to leave so he was not at the house. My sister in law was waking my older brother up to go sleep with the kids since she was leaving. When she woke him up she said to watch out for my younger brother because he was on the mattress right in front of the couch. My older brother was confused why she had said that when he had fully woken up because it wasn’t true. That night he asked her about it and she said that she didn’t see me in the dining room on the mattress that morning but saw my younger brother on the mattress in front of the couch.

Kids see stuff adults and teenagers can't. Spirits will go after children because they can see them. We see what would appear a shadow, but children will see a full person. They feed off of emotion so try not to show fear. Just tell it to go away, and hopefully it leaves you alone.

I was at our an ancestral home that is almost 150 years old. Our Scottish ancestors built it after immigrating here. No one lives there currently-we use it like a cottage get-away. 140 acres of farmland and woods and peacefulness. I was focusing on my laptop at the kitchen table. My young teenage daughters who were both about 5 feet tall at the time were on each side of me just inches away. They both left in opposite directions but I felt one come back on my right side. I reached out to put my arm around her then moved my eyes from the laptop to her, only to discover it was a full bodied apparition of a 5 foot woman in clothing from the civil war era, with arms bent as if she had a platter of food in them. She leaned over the table as if she were putting food on the table. I was a little frightened but it was 7:30 am, fully light out, and the only people that ever lived there are my ancestors who all were people who helped their community. I actually did a quick study of what she was wearing and what her hair looked like to try to figure out who it was. I only saw her in profile. Because of the clothing I think she was my 2x grandma from Scotland or my Great Grandma (who would have been about 5 feet tall) and it seemed like residual activity since she didn't seem to notice me. I am so thankful it wasn't dark out or I would have been terrified.

I heard noises as a kid. Once I heard a click beside me but once I ran to the other side of the room it followed. I ran to get my parents but it didn't happen again until they left. It didn't feel malicious but it was like it was teasing or playing a game. Freaked me the heck out though. My mum and nan often heard footsteps walking up and down my room, doors opening by themselves, and music playing randomly from toys with no batteries. Our house was creepy as fuck and I ended up sharing a room with my brother because I was so scared of my own. Similar things happened late into my teens and occasionally now that I'm an adult.

Its is *massively* refreshing to hear such a matter-of-fact, honest description of the paranormal. So many people--especially from such staunchly materialistic disciples as science and forensics--instantly ridicule any interest or belief in the unseen world. Oddly enough however just about every policeman I have spoken to has voiced their own certainty and even first hand experiences of things like psychic divination or straight-forward hauntings. The police encounter far more concrete examples of paranormal phenomena in the normal course of their work than anyone would imagine.

I hope you do a Protection prayer over your home and a cleanse and maybe get holy oil from a church and ask a preacher to come in and Pray over your house and Family...I believe you because this happened to me my mom and two sisters .. wen I was 10 ... I will keep you and your family in my prayers but please get a pastor to come Pray over your home these things get worst and they don't just go away ...

Love your videos... I moved 2 years ago to Mexico City and used to live in an old building right in the middle of Mexico City. Before I had my youngest little things went bump in the night but then we came home from the hospital and my life turned upside down the first 2 months of having my baby. It got soo bad we would sometimes have to go stay at a hotel to be able to just sleep. Just like you said, whatever was there was feed off our fear. I just got courage and started to pretend it didnt bother us.Once in a while I would just turn on a white candle. People say it brings peace so to me it was my way of calming my nerves when it got a little too crazy. I still live in Mexico City but left that apartment not because I was scared of whatever was there but because in September we had a very strong earthquake that really scared us since our apartment was on the 12th floor. If it wasnt for that I probably would have still lived there.

I just about commented the other day (I've been binge listening to your videos whenever kids aren't around) that I hate that people "homeschool" to cover up abuse sometimes. Makes actual homeschooling look bad. But you just said that you homeschool so 👐 As a mom who homeschools and was homeschooled that's awesome to me!

Danelle, how old is the building/house/structure you're living in? I'm just so curious! I just two weeks ago moved into a building built in 1916 that used to be college dormitories. All good vibes so far! My last apartment was an 1890s farmhouse divided into two apartments and I only stayed there a month because of...I'll just say "problems"!!!! My new place, despite being almost just as old, I just love. Totally gorgeous, original hardwood floors, original fireplace, etc., and no "problems"! Just curious about when your living space was built. Love you and your videos ❤️

We lived in a house from before I was born until I was 13 and I had the same experiences as a child. We had 1 hallway, my parents room and mine were at the end of the hall, the bathroom was next to my parents room and there was a spare bedroom next to mine. I had a sliding wooden closet door in my room and it was always open just a little crack so I could see in. I remember seeing things and shadows in my room, in the hallway, something looking at me from the closet. I would always run to the living room and tell my dad how scared I was and that I didn’t want to be there alone. I also had an insanely extreme fear of the spare bedroom and even being in there. I wanted to be tough and face my fears, so I’d dare myself to see how long I could stay or if I could sleep a night in there, but I never could. It was totally terrifying and I never was able to explain it, my parents always sort of brushed it off. They never told me that they both experienced waking up in the night to something walking across their bed and jumping off, but nothing was in the room. I used to also have nightmares about the house and the spare bedroom. Soon after I turned 13, we moved out and started renting another even older farmhouse that I had similar experiences in. I never had sleep paralysis while I was young, but later on as I reached my 20’s, I’ve had 3 cases of it. I don’t feel anymore like I used to in those houses, but I am especially sensitive to this kind of thing since I had these experiences when I was young. Thanks for keeping us posted on this!

I’ve had a lot of scary experiences & it’s taken a lot of trial and error to find what helps keep my home from being infested with negativity so I wanted to hopefully help you and your family with with my suggestions.🙏🏼❤️ I’m not sure about your religious beliefs but this is what works for me, saying “in the lords name I demand you must leave my home, you are not welcome here” saying this with conviction works wonders. Also praying helps always. saging also is a great help. When you smudge your home make sure you chant a prayer of some sort that is demanding the negative energy to leave and allow the positive energy with love and light to stay. This will push out the bad negative energies but allow your angels and good spirits that are looking after you to stay and continue to look after you. You don’t want to ban the good energy 😉

I'm a witch with a lot of experience with spirits and spirit work. What youre doing asking the spirit(s) to leave when you feel them is GOOD. one of the biggest things is having a clear intent and by asking them to leave youre making your intent clear as it can be. I know you said you weren't comfortable with it but definitely look in to sage. all you need to do is burn the sage and let the smoke drift around the area, i would especially focus on the closet and hallway, what it does is clear the space of any energies or spirits. i hope things get better!!

My mom and I both have paranormal experiences too and have something that is attached to the women in our family. We had some very scary experiences in our new house and they always got worse if we began to feel safe. It hardly messed with my brothers or stepdad, but eventually did and they finally believed us. We ended up having so many things happen that we asked a pastor to bless our house and all of our doorways and the closet in our house where the activity was. A lot of the things you’re saying are scary similar to what happened to us. The pastor that blessed our house basically said that it doesn’t matter if it’s a pastor or just a strong believer that prays in each room and asks for protection and demand that the spirit leaves in the name of God, but that it does help a lot more if it’s the leader of the household. I would ask your husband to just pray over all of you in each room. That really helped us and we haven’t had an experience in our home since. I would not just let it be, just because it’s not bad now doesn’t mean it won’t get worse. Ours was attached to us since I was a little girl. Something very important would be to tell your daughter to not talk to it and to always tell you when she sees it. When I was younger, it started for me around our daughter’s age, I saw people in mirrors and would see shadow people and things like that, and my mom told me not to talk to them, that they were not friends and it helped a lot with them leaving us alone.

A very simple way to help your situation is meditation. If you imagine everytime you breathe in light energy fills you and your house. Every time you breathe out the bad dark energy exits. This is more of a mental idea to give you control and power over the feeling within your house. I investigate paranormal locations all throughout the midwest. When I start to feel overwhelmed I always meditate and imagine an egg of light around me that nothing can penetrate.

The house we've been living in for about a year and a half definitely has a spirit or something attached to it. I don't think its necessarily bad, but we hear weird things and doors will randomly slam shut. The creepiest one was one night I took a shower while my boyfriend and son watched a movie at the other end of the house. When I opened the bathroom door to go get dressed I heard a grown man go "shhhhhh". I went and checked and neither Dylan or my son had moved from the couch.

💥Paranormal story from my childhood. 💥* okey sorry for crappy english but english isn't my first language, and I dont't have the energy to use google for correct spelling and so on*. Almost every night for about 5 years (I was like 6-7 years) I woke up by the noice of my chandalier go back and forth like crazy to the point I thought it would break (when I was little I thought it was from our neightbours dancing or jumping on the upper floor). And something choked me so much that it got to the point that one night (I always have a glass of water by the bed because I love water) I had to throw that glass to the ground so that my mom could wake up and come to my room to help me. And everytime my one knee would lock (you know when it feels like a body part is locked, not frozen or paralyzed - but locked, it hurts and you can't move that part). I had no clue as a child that this was not normal but when I became older I realized something bad was going on in that apartment. You know the saying that "bad spirits want bad energy" and at that time it was a lot of bad energy at home caused by my father. After we moved a young lady moved in because she was studying and wanted to live their for the 3 years she was in scool. We later found out she moved out after 2 months because she didn't feel good in that apartment. Everytime my mom and dad had friends over they always say they feel heavy and have bad feeling in that apartment Just strange.... I wonder what it was.

It's been a long time since you've posted this, and I have no idea if you'll ever see this comment. But I was listening to you talk and I had to actually stop one of your videos to write to you. There's this section where you try to rationalize it a bit, which is a great thing to do as a spiritual person. But you said this ONE thing that immediately just hit my soul. When you said, "maybe she's just being a kid", it reminded me of every Real Encounters Ghost TV show. One of the parents always passes it off as that. I can see it in your eyes, you know exactly what you're dealing with and you have the power. I just needed you to know that for some reason. Always remember, YOU have the power.

Girl let me tell you. I have had similar experiences all my life. When my son was two he was TERRIFIED of our basement and the dark. He wouldnt go anywhere near it. He also had night terrors. One night we woke up to hear him screaming. Figured it was a night terror, my husband got up to check on him and he yelled for me because my son wasnt in his room. I got up and we found him in total darkness at the top of the basement steps screaming pointing down them. He was 100% awake. He was shaking and crying. He has never sleep walked before. He has never gotten out of his bed to go anywhere other than to our room. He was terrfied of the dark so even when he got up he would turn on the hallway light to our room. The basement was all the way on the other side of the house. Needless to say we now live in a house without a basement and he is still scared of the dark at 4 years old. Good luck I hope it works out and your babies are doing good!

Omg!! your story sounds exactly what happened when my 18 yr old was a baby. I dont speak much of it to her to leave it in the past meaning I dont want it to ever around again. I grabbed my daughter from her crib every single night as she kicked and scream from her crib as if she was fighting something off. Someone once told me randomly something doesnt want you in the house. I never shared except with my mom since I knew no one would believe me nor really knew this person. The feeling your daughter felt at the door is what I felt every night for over a year. I walked like a zombie with no sleep. Literally after 2 yrs living there I had to move, I couldnt do it anymore. It waits at the door. Almost like its not welcomed to come in and just watches and when you know it's there you can feel it so intense just like if someone was really there standing. You know it's not good cause the fear grows by the second. Your sister will protect you because your love for her keeps you bonded. I had someone trying to protect me. I wish I can tell you this story but I'll be typing for a while. Lol. It's just crazy how this story had my shocked of the same feeling I had about 17 yrs ago. It does feed off of fear. And you have control. I now walk in my new house (several homes later) and when I walk in i always turn around facing outside and say you are NOT welcomed. Only the Lords Angels. Thanks for sharing this story. God bless you guys. :)

Similar feelings were occurring at an apartment my now husband and I lived in and I’d always told it to “stop” when it was giving me that feeling (I hope you know what I mean) but one day my husband was home and I’ve experienced it with me and in a non confrontational manner he just said “you’re scaring us and it’s not ok anymore. If you can’t stop then you need to leave.” And we never experienced a negative situation again. I feel like it worked because he was the man of the house, he did it diplomatically and he didn’t tell it that it was no longer welcome.

On several occasions something white comes rushing toward me while im in bed and my eyes had been closed before hand and i suddenly get this sick feeling and open my eyes and its right in front of me .. I also see random white things(look like fog) go past me in the hallway of my apt. Fortunately my roomate sees the same things and has witnessed the white fog in our bedroom at night. Random things fall off the walls as well during the day.

Your daughter is most likely a sensitive/clairvoyant. Usually children (and animals) are much more open to the spiritual world to begin with but I think your daughter has heighten abilities. My advice is to find a trusted medium to ONLY come into your home and tell you what exactly you are dealing with. If you don't know what is in your home, there is no way of properly removing it or stopping the activity completely. The first step is to know what you are dealing with and this is why you need a medium. The medium should then know how to rid the unwanted entities but I wouldn't recommend doing it the same day. Also, I'm glad to hear that you are telling it to lave you alone. Many people don't realize that they hold a lot of power and are stronger than these things that frighten us. Please start imagining yourself surrounded by a white light of protection. You can spread this white light in your mind onto your family members and home. In your mind or even out loud you can ask that anything negative or meaning to do any harm need to leave and get out immediately, that only light and love are allowed to enter your home and surround your family. I do this almost daily. You can also salt the corners of all the rooms in the house and repeat the same mantra while doing it. In time of immense fear, I call upon Arch Angel Michael to protect you., since he is the angel of protection. I think it would be a good idea to teach your daughter to do these things also. She will feel more empowered and less fearful same goes for all of your family). She can learn that she is the one in control and she can get rid of these things when she wants them to leave. No one should live in fear in their own homes. Fear feeds negative entities, they grow stronger and the activity will increase, so it's time to put your foot down and let them know you''re taking charge now and enough is enough. Take these little steps every day of surrounding yourself in the light and verbally telling them that they are not allowed near you, your husband or your children. I really believe this will help. I'm rooting for you. Remember, you have the tools to take control back in your house, so it's time to start using them! You're strong and powerful, believe in yourself! Best of luck to you and your family. Sending light and love to you

I’ve had plenty of experiences with unexplained sounds and what not but 2 years ago, I actually SAW something and I’ll never forget it. I was staying with my mom that night in her room which btw I used to live there and never had any issue. This just so happened to be on the same night where we had went to a viewing for my ex who had committed suicide. Cried my eyes out, came back, laid down and fell asleep, woke up around 2:30 am out of a dead sleep and the first thing I saw after opening my eyes and adjusting was a figure hovering over the bed staring at me. All I saw was from the waist down where it looked like pajama pants. Didn’t look long enough to see the face. I’ve never got up so fast in my life. Woke my mom up and she brushed it off and told me to lay back down. I’m like you don’t understand what I just saw. Finally got up the courage to go back in but whatever it was was gone and needless to say I kept the light on until daylight and took me forever to fall back asleep. Haven’t seen anything since thank god cuz I don’t think I could handle it a second time but would at least try to stick around long enough to see a face. A couple people have guessed maybe it was my ex saying goodbye but why not just do that on the night he died? Why that night if that was the case? I still think about it to this day haha

My family and I have had similar experiences in our home. We mainly describe it as an bad/evil energy rather than a tangible presence like a ghost would be. We also have felt a good “energy” too in response to the bad That could totally explain the white shadows you are seeing. It’s so hard to explain the bizarre things that happen but you don’t know until you’ve lived it and felt that type of “energy” for lack of a better word.

Awww bless her heart, I hope you get sum answers soon and I'm sending good vibes to you and your family. Children can see/hear more than adults can. I'm from Cherokee, NC. I am native American so all my life we have been told to use sage in like a seashell and to use an eagle feather to wave the smoke over your entire body as well as your loved ones and your house. I'm pretty sure you can get a hawk feather do to this with (only because it's illegal to own an eagle father unless you are native american). If this is sumthing you would be interested in doing, I'm not saying "oh this is what you HAVE to do to get whatever it is out of your house". You do whatever you feel is right for you and ur family and obviously what you are comfortable with doing, but I am sending good vibes your way.

I have PTSD that makes sleeping very difficult for me. On the off chance I can fall asleep on bad days it's always a guarantee I'll have extreme night terrors. I I'll be huddled in the corner of my room screaming for my life or screaming for someone to get off me. Medication helps some but on those nights with the bad days I've started using BINAURAL BEATS. It's like a white noise but it allows for a different sleep cycle and pattern. I truly feel awful this little girl is having this happen. Yes I know it's complete opposite situations but I'm just trying to give an example of new sleeping patterns or habits to try. You never know. Everyon in this family are in my thoughts and prayers
