Hi girly I have a question I’m in the process of transition from 1:1 para to full class para and having to do an oral and written assessment . Did you have to do that as well and if you did can you tell me what to expect please 💕

Do you work with one student or the whole group of kids. Also, I want to know if paraprofessional have to deal with kids with aggression?

I worked with the whole group and small groups. And yes, sometimes I dealt with aggression, but the rest of my team provided a lot of support, so it wasn't too bad.

I've been a paraprofessional for 8 months and its has been rough at time but very rewarding. You have to find a good school to work, an nice co-teacher and you will be fine.
