All i see is empty malls at every corner and nook of Noida. So many commercial spaces, illogical prices, illogical loading percentages, gullible buyers. Even Bhutani's so called flagship project hasn't picked up yet and i dont see it happening for at least 5 years if not more.

What I see, hypermart is a failed concept in India. In summers we need air conditioner or else or t-shirts will be completely wet within 5 minutes after we get out of our car and try to find a good store in hypermart. If a company decides to build a fully air-conditioned parallel to this project and obviously the crowd will go there. Sidhi basha me bolu to market garam hai jo marzi cheez bana ke bech do, sab bik ra hai. There are very less malls and entertainment zones in Noida which is allowing companies to experiment. This project so obviously stupid and we cannot compare it to cyper city and all because it is obviously a non ac mall, lol.
